Now this is a showstopper! A delicate floral pattern printed on lace, with lovely ruffles at the neckline and mid skirt. She is designed to touch the floor with a skirt length of 43” after the empire waist! No brand or fiber content tag, but a little digging proves this to be a mid ‘70s piece by Helen Joy.
In great vintage condition, no visible stains or damage.
